| 249172 | 2004-07-02 02:06:00 | When I go to my computer properties I see the 'Pie' filling up with out me downloading or adding a new programme. I few months ago I down loaded a programme that reduced my 'space' on the properties 'pie' considerably. Why is it filling up on its own accord. Not that it makes any differance to the speed etc. I keep scanning and defranging frequently to keep it running "bang on" I can't remember the name of the programme I down loaded except that is was a 'cleaner type' that deleted all unused files and registry stuff. Any Ideas? It was a trial one that did not 'go' after 30 days. It is quietly filling my pie up again? Hope you can understand my laymans language ? I have windinow me. Regards |

| 249173 | 2004-07-02 02:22:00 | winMe has a function that is the same as the system restore function in xp and it will chew up farily large amounts of space.......also your temporary internet files folder and temp folders will constantly grow.....goto program files/accessories/system tools and run 'cleanup'. | drcspy (146) | ||
