| 250327 | 2004-07-07 00:35:00 | In doing my regular scan with spybot, it reports as a problem " DSO EXPLOIT 5 ENTRIES. This seems to crop up every time despite me eliminating it and spybot confirming that the problem has been dealt with. Does anybody know what DSO EXPLOIT is and where it comes from ? |

| 250331 | 2004-07-07 03:00:00 | Thanks for the info. Once again I am bewildered with all the complicated tech stuff. I will assume that as I have kept up all the critical updates, run zone alarm and keep AVG up to date, I have nothing to worry about. Thanks again all who responded. | heaton (3697) | ||
| 250332 | 2004-07-07 03:38:00 | It is highly recommended that you use an alternative browser to Internet Explorer these days in order to safeguard against attempts to infect your computer with nasties. Opera and Firefox are the two most popular ones used here and both are far superior to Internet Explorer to use. If you have not already done so I would recommend that you download and try one. My preference is for Opera but my family use Firefox - try both and see which one you like the best. :-) |
