| 250266 | 2004-07-06 09:19:00 | When attempting to do a web " Quick Clean" clean up with X P professional and Symantec System Works I get the following message "Warning Internet Explorer is currently loaded. Quick clean may not be able to completely clean your internet Cache or Internet history. Please close all open browsers before continuing" The only problem is that I can find no open browser. Ignoring this message does not help as I just go around in circles, the same message comes up each time. Symantec were some help initially and cleared up the problem once but it came back soon after. Can any one help with a solution please. |
