| 250234 | 2004-07-06 08:17:00 | crappy little 200mhz processor , dont know what mobo., either looking for drivers for this cmi8330 sound card/chip? or some way to turn it off so i can put another sound card in . at the moment the bloody thing tries to load 3 or 4 times whenever i turn on the computer.very annoying. i`m teaching myself to build and boot comps, often come across things i dont now how to work around. any help gratefully received, thank you all,chris bennett. |

| 250235 | 2004-07-06 08:31:00 | Hi and Welcome to PressF1 :) Have you tried to disable the onboard sound via the BIOS? If you can't, you may need to find the jumper on the motherboard for onboard sound and disable it that way. |
