| 250093 | 2004-07-06 00:32:00 | I have an HP Pavilion 500a computer and I want to install more memory. Currently it has 256mb with maximum memory 512mb. Memory slots 2 (2 banks of 1) And it takes Dimms 168 pin SDRAM PC133. What I want to know is can I use any brand providing it meets the requirements above? I don't intend installing it myself but I do plan on purchasing the ram overseas while on holiday. If you can give me any tips or advice on this I would be appreciate it..thanks. |
