| 250284 | 2004-07-06 11:01:00 | I'm running xp pro, 768 meg ram, I have Open Office Org 1.1.2 & MS Office XP installed. I copy & paste some text from a web page into Notepad & save it in My Documents as a .txt file. If I look in My Documents through Windows Explorer it's not there, but if I look with OO, MS Office or Notepad it's there. If I want to send one of these files as an attachment to an email it's a bit difficult if I can't see it. This can happen with any file, even jpg. I can type something into Notepad, OO or MS Office & that hides in Explorer too. Any Ideas Phil |

Try doing a search for a file just saved and see which My Documents it is going into. |

| 250286 | 2004-07-06 11:10:00 | It may be saving to another folder. If you know a name of the file, do a start-search for it. See precisely where it is residing. :D | Pheonix (280) | ||
