| 251034 | 2004-07-09 09:38:00 | AVG started up automatically and I stopped it. Wanted to check for updates first. There was one and I updated. Next ran the program and it only took 11 mins to check the C drive. Worries me slightly as I seem to recall it taking an hour sometimes. Maybe I was checking out something on the net at the same time but something rather light. Can it check out a hard disk in 11 mins - say 12 gigs on Windows ME at 256 kps ? Misty |

| 251039 | 2004-07-09 10:04:00 | by default AVG dosn't check all extentions so that can make a difference. to enable go to service/complete test settings. | tweak'e (174) | ||
| 251040 | 2004-07-09 10:41:00 | Thanks Tweak'e I did that and it took 29 mins. Still no problems - but at least I can go to bed safe in the knowledge that I have taken all precautions !! Misty :) |
