| 251608 | 2004-07-11 22:49:00 | Hi guys WinMe, P2-355, 10GB HD. For a long time I've had the remnant of some virus sitting in one of the .cpy files and being picked up by all my virus/spybot checkers. Not doing any harm, because all the other "virussy" files were removed long time ago. Sitting in the System\_Temp\ directory I've tried to remove the .cpy file by renaming (not successful), changing the attributes (not successful), through DOS (not successful),etc. Every time I get the message that the file may be in use and can not be removed. Is there any other innovative way of removing, other than completely reinstalling Windows? Thanks Sarel |
