| 251333 | 2004-07-10 07:33:00 | Hi... I d/l the Xandros OCE, and the cd burning is restricted to 2x. So, is there any other software I can use? i.e:nero |

If you wish to burn at normal speeds, you have to buy their commerial version of Xandros. You cannot run any Windows CD burning software on Xandros, even under their commercial Crossover Office product. |

I imagine Xandros has packaged OCE with a specially compiled cdrecord which is what is limiting the burning speed. If you replace cdrecord with a standard version, you *should* have full burning speed again. Could be wrong. Try what was suggested in that link first. | Jen C (20) | ||
