| 1346114 | 2013-07-02 00:03:00 | Lots of people losing jobs due to the internet NZ post staff in many smaller centres. Its just the way of the world. We cannot spend all of this time and money on the internet for it not to have an effect on other sectors. It is a shame that it will be affecting new paper journalism and magazines and writers should be encouraged. TV news and the radio is just not as good. I like reading National Geographic but never buy one. But I would say that PC World product reviews were very shallow and basically just reprints of the brochure! |

Probably the same with most mags & similar online sites Cant aggravate those who truly pay the bills : the advertisers . Also the 3month(??) time frame to get a mag written, printed & in the shops means its 3 months out of date. I hate online & pdf versions of magazines. How do I read those, outside in the sun with my cuppa ? |
