1345621 2013-06-18 08:07:00 Not so bad to be from, but I would be very wary of going to . . .

1345622 2013-06-18 10:15:00 Canty good, though I am looking to move to Waikanae.

We spent three days last month house hunting on the Kapiti Coast from Paekakariki to Waikanae Beach. We lived there years ago (in Pukerua Bay), and loved it. Sadly the place has gone traffic insane, especially around Coastlands. We saw quite a lot of decent houses, but were finally turned off by the new expressway. The project is going to take years, there is no certainty yet where the expressway is going to go, and it isn't just the road itself - it is all the massive spoil dumps etc, and the big interchanges. We finally gave up on the idea and came back to Canterbury grateful for the peace and quiet and low traffic volumes down here. If you are serious Cic, I suggest you look north of Waikanae - there are lots of developments going on at Pekapeka, and you could have a fairly peaceful existence there. But Waikanae south looks a bit disastrous for the next 20 years.

So, are the Black, Red and White spies outside, all inconspicuously conspicuous, spying on little ole me? :xmouth:

And here's me from little ole Paraparaumu, a volunteer for the "The End of the World is Nigh" brigade. Whatever next :stare:

1345627 2013-06-20 03:35:00 Hi all,

Just thought I'd throw a quick message out there to say that there are still talks about the future of PF1 and having it independent from PCWorld, be it the domain, the database, whatever... No actual details (There's nothing to go on right now), but I figured it was worth mentioning to keep your spirits high :)

Cheers

Chill.
i would imagen it would be sold off. plenty of crowds around that run forums as a commercial business.
a little suprised PressF1 hasn't been turned commercial already.
