Depending on what made the files corrupt in the first place (it maybe the files or even the hdd), I wouldn't back everything up on C. You might want to scan them before copying them back. Maybe even in a different OS like Linux or OSX. Executables are more likely to be infected than media files, but you can always have things hiding somewhere... |
