| 253107 | 2004-07-17 20:26:00 | I braved the rain yesterday to take my faulty Laser back to DSE for repair. (under Warranty). I was told it would go to their service centre for the repair and it would take a minimum of 10 working days. Is ten days a reasonable time??? I would expect to have it back within a week. Am I being unreasonable?? Jack |
