| 252935 | 2004-07-17 04:43:00 | I have checked if DVD Decoder software is installed using XP and I find in the answer about what is installed w2KUpgrade=NO WIN9X upgrade=No LCID=1409 WHAT DOES THIS MEAN...i can use my POWER DVD for most formats but occassionaly I find a format that can't be played.. |
