| 253066 | 2004-07-20 13:35:00 | Do try this it wont hurt: Goto System Properties > Advanced > Preformance Settings > Visual Effects > Adjust for best preformance, then turn on the bottom two and your computer will preform instantly much faster and still have the feel of XP Rob |

| 253067 | 2004-07-21 05:20:00 | Stu, did you take note of this sentence? > I've only had one bad crash in 2 months of use and that was caused by my flakey TV card which constantly crashes in 98 (so much so that I rarely use it). You mentioned to me the other day something about your TV card - have you considered removing it and seeing if your problems disappear? It would be well worth a try. :-) |
