| 253663 | 2004-07-20 00:16:00 | Hi I am giving linux another go this time Mandrake10 from DSE, I have found out the modem will not work until I install the linmodem files, which I have instructions for, it says I will need to compile some files and should use the compilers included with linux. Only it was not selected as default opon installation and I hummed and haared and decided not to install it, turns out now I need it. This may seem straight forward but how do I install this extra feature? Rob |
