| 254084 | 2004-07-21 09:01:00 | when i shutdown the pc the message "ccapp is not responding" always appears theres a slight hang and then the pc shutsdown. msconfig shows its something to do with norton anti virus and norton internet security, how do i stop this message from coming up on shutdown?. theres no problems though during normal operation though. | Term_X (560) | ||
| 254085 | 2004-07-21 09:56:00 | I have exactly the same thing. I have done a search of CCapp without success but also think it is associated with Nortons. | nalla (1386) | ||
| 254086 | 2004-07-21 11:07:00 | Norton have an explanation in their resource files but it is hell on wheels to find. Have a look at This Thread (pressf1.pcworld.co.nz) it may lead you to the answer a little faster. Cheers Billy 8-{) |

| 254087 | 2004-08-05 15:36:00 | I had the same problem and assuming it was part of NAV left it alone. Then I got Spybot. It told me there is a virus attached to CCApp the Observe virus or some such. BUT you have to drill down thru advanced to learn that - doesnt popup in the Spybot default settings. |
