| 254055 | 2004-07-21 07:59:00 | I have XP - I recently setup my daughter as another user. Now when I connect to my email a/c (@actrix) via Internet, I can login, the page seems to load but only flashes up then blank screen - status bar shows 'Done'. However if I use the new user a/c everything is fine so I have to use my daughter's a/c on my PC to view my email. Settings seem the same - any ideas ? thanks |

| 254056 | 2004-07-21 09:26:00 | I'm not 100% clear here - are you talking web based mail or mail using an email client (i.e. Outlook Express)? If the later the mail gets downloaded to your profile - once this has happened, the mail is not visible from the other account. |

| 254057 | 2004-07-21 10:05:00 | I suspect you are using Webmail as that error does not sound like something from Outlook Express. If it is Webmail you are using set IE back to default settings. 1/ On the General tab press "Delete Files" then tick "Delete All Offline Content" then press "OK". Now press "Delete Cookies" then "OK". 2/ On the Security tab press "Default Level" then press "Apply" 3/ On the Privacy tab (IE6 only) press "Default" then press "Apply" 4/ On the Advanced tab press "Restore Defaults" then press "Apply" then "OK". |
