253938 2004-07-21 03:20:00 I just wonder if Wilky's post and 60 replies are somehow a record for replies?

253939 2004-07-21 03:23:00 Unfortunately no... I think there have been others topping the 100 post count, but can't remember which one! I do think I've been involved in one which went pretty high too...

253940 2004-07-21 03:25:00 Nowhere near it. Not even close.

Many are over 100

One example here (pressf1.pcworld.co.nz)

253942 2004-07-21 05:11:00 Ah thanks GF. The nostalgia. The good old days. I can imagine various people shaking with emotion when they see that thread. I'm a bit misty eyed myself. ]:) Winston001 (3612)

good old days W001??? lol wasnt that long ago was it?

time flies by too fast.

Yes, that is the forum's record thread which thoroughly beat the pants off my previous desktop thread. :D

253946 2004-07-21 05:34:00 While better in number, it certainly does not have the charisma of "the fridge".

Talking of fridges, beer fridges inparticular, is there any way for these to self fill themself or can be connected to the PC to send a message when they are close to empty? Given the fridge is located in the garage, it would be nice to have an automated reminder generated by the fridge to alert when supplies are getting low without the need to physically check the said contents.

Cheers (as always) ... Hic!
