| 253919 | 2004-07-21 01:03:00 | As a newbie to the internet and having just recently joined a ISP what is the rule of thumb when it comes to busy signals during the peak period 8 to 10 pm. Are busy signals acceptable or should I change to another ISP. Thanks in advance to answers. |
