They both suck sorry :( Currently the best system would be: Dual Xeon 64bit Noconas 3.6Ghz each with 1mb L2 cache Max out the ram e.g 8Gb of DDR2 low latency stuff 2 x Geforce 6800 Ultra Extremes in SLI configuration on the PCI-Express bus PuRam 'hard disk' basically memory as a hard disk Link up 4 LCD monitors and a projector for the movies ;) rah rah rah |

| 254050 | 2004-07-21 11:32:00 | Hi ya, in my thinking as soon as you think you have a dream machine it is superceded by another model or component that is bigger better or faster..... in my thinking what is the point? you always strive for something better, costing more and more money as time goes on.... enjoy what you have, life is short, dont dream for things that are possibly not reality anyway. but in saying that, my dream machine is something that does not have errors, blue screens or crashs..... and starts quickly and runs any prog i ask of it. bliss. beetle |

| 254053 | 2004-07-21 12:02:00 | I think the Alienware ones are water-cooled... so would be quiet I think! You should try the "Customize" option... you can upgrade some parts I think! Lo. |
