| 253870 | 2004-07-21 03:18:00 | I had a similar fiasco with a camera repair. Took back to retailer. Told it would go to local agent for repair. Waited, rang agent and found that retailer's slackness had resulted in 2 week delay in getting camera to repair shop. Further 1 week to get from repair shop once fixed to me through "system". Can you find out where the camera actually is? |

So you should no longer feel obliged to keep their identity to yourself. Please tell the group the name of the outfit and spare any other PF1ers similar anguish by boycotting them.
