| 253747 | 2004-07-20 07:51:00 | Lately my 5 yr old 17" inch monitor has started to turn green in color now and then.. ive just bought a new box and im just wondering if the video card will be affected? | Term_X (560) | ||

To destroy a video card would require a massive failure within the monitor, which sent a high voltage signal back through the video connection and into the card. That would probably take out the motherboard and its contents as well ... Possible? yes of course. Anything is possible Likely? not very. |
