If so and it keeps being detected you will need to disable system restore in win ME or Win xp, remove it again, then you can enable system restore again. But a few more details may help - e.g What o.s (operating system e,g win me, xp, etc...), What antivirus program you are using? | J ZEP (336) | ||
| 254313 | 2004-07-22 09:53:00 | Also theres a removal tool available for BackDoor.Agent Here (www.grisoft.com) Don't know if it covers your paticular variant of it, but i presume its worth a try... Once removed i would be looking at what protection i have in place to prevent future infections e.g Antivirus and Firewall. HTH :-) |
