| 254721 | 2004-07-23 12:36:00 | Hi buddy , not sure the light flashing on means much ... If you check the BIOS there's usually a start-up order option .. For seeting up a 'puter I usually set 1st as FDD , 2nd as CD [ or whatever] and then 3 rd as HDD - oft called IDE0 or something That way at startup 1st check is for FDD info , then CD , then normal boot off the HDD When all's sweet can change things back again Have you a ME boot-disc ? :) |

The first option should delete everything that IS NOT on the hidden partion, and then automatically reinstall all programs that came with the computer when it was new.
