| 255384 | 2004-07-25 20:55:00 | Hi All, I don't seem to be able to install this/these updates. Last week I tried twice when there were 2 updates & just tried again as there are 3 updates but still no go. The message I get is: LU1806 is not able to update any of the 1 updates selected. I've never had problems updating before. I'm concerned as the more updates that there are to get I'm not getting any of them so I may as well not have anti virus protection. Is there anyone that knows what 's going on or what I can do to get these? Win ME. Thanks Pauline. |

| 255385 | 2004-07-25 21:59:00 | Try this here (service1.symantec.com) when you go to the symantec sitehere (search.symantec.com) put the exact error message into the search pane it comes up with quite a lot of this particular error |
