Hi there...evrytime I open a document in Adobe Reader 6 it tries to access the internet ( according to Zone Alarm 5 free). Does anyone know of a way to stop this? Even if i deny access an attempt is still made to dial out. |

have a look under edit, preferences, update - it may be looking for updates automatically over the internet - set it to manual to stop it trying to dial out

Yes, nothing to worry about. Just the Reader checking in with Mom, to see if there is anything new at home. Mine does it too but I sometimes allow it cos the software is updated from time to time. |
