| 255079 | 2004-07-24 09:36:00 | In Win-ME, how does one create a shortcut icon on the desktop for Windows Explorer? I can open Win Explorer by pressing the 'Windows' key + 'E' but unable to see an option to create an Icon. Also, I would like the drop-down list to automatically open downwards from "My Computer" each time. Thanks, P. |

| 255080 | 2004-07-24 09:51:00 | Peter, not sure if what I do helps, as I am running XP, but if I right click on Windows explorer from the 'start, accessories, windows explorer' menus, I get a list that will let me create a shortcut, and then I would just drag it to the desktop. | supergran (108) | ||
