255561 2004-07-26 15:58:00 I have "go-back" installed on my computer dual booting windows 98 and Mandrake 9.1. If I leave it running, Linux will not open so I have had to disable go-back in 98. I would like to enable go-back again but still boot into Linux when I wish. Anyone else had this problem?? mukiduk (1580)
255562 2004-07-26 21:07:00 use drive image 2002 it saves thrashing your HDD and does much the same thing gives you a restore point in case things go wrong kiwibeat (304)
255563 2004-07-28 19:41:00 Thank you, Kiwibeat. What is drive image 2002 and how do I get it.
Will it definitely work with Linux??

255565 2004-07-28 23:46:00 You could look here (pcworld.pricegrabber.com) for a PCWorld (US) download. There is a review linked to the page as well.

255566 2004-07-28 23:59:00 Sorry, this site (www.majorgeeks.com) appears to have a better speed, but the download is of a "crippled" version that will show what the product does, without actually doing an image you can save. The full version is a bit expensive.

Ghost works with Linux too, provided you don't mind using a boot disk. I always use a B.D. anyway as I don't like trusting my backups to GUI driven systems.
