| 256308 | 2004-07-28 20:50:00 | Hi There, Can anyone confirm that Norton's 2002 antivirus is no longer supported? & that is why I am having problems with the Redirector. I went to the link that Johnboy gave & did everything there but still no luck. We still have 5 months left to go from the last subcription. I'd be grateful to hear from others who had/has the same problem & what they did to solve it. I have Win ME. Thanks Pauline. |

| 256309 | 2004-07-28 21:21:00 | Pauline I have Norton 2002 antivirus and it is fully supported. I haven't experienced any problems re the redirector. Since you have a paid subscription I would phone Symantec and seek help as to what to do - I think the number is 0800 445 304. Oxie (Lyn) |
