1366795 2014-02-03 19:51:00 Hi, I have been in this forum with my problems before and got satisfactory solutions. This time I have a serious problem of some viruses which cannot be moved to chest or even deleted. I am attaching image for easy understanding. Please help me get rid of these viruses if possible. I have used Malwarebytes but it doesn't detect the problem. I seriously feel slow speed of my system and some erratic behaviors. Once I deleted a file and it reappeared in an unexpected folder. Some files also changed and failed to open. I found this problem mainly in E drive while F drive is doing fine and didn't show any viruses. Thanks!

-empty/turn off system restore & reboot to clear that out as well. Turn back on when done

1366797 2014-02-03 20:03:00 See if this helps, Go to bleepingcomputer.com (www.bleepingcomputer.com) Download RougeKiller, while you are on that page scroll down, get Adware Cleaner, Rkill & junkware Remover Tool.

Temp turn off System Restore.

Run Rkill first, then Rouge Killer ,Adware Cleaner followed by JRT.

Since one of the items says it a rootkit-gen, may pay to run www.malwarebytes.org As well.

When running Rouge killer it will first do a quick scan, then click on Scan top right, once finished work through the buttons under Scan till all are done. You will end up with several reports on the desktop, these may be needed later if things need more looking into.

1366798 2014-02-03 20:15:00 Before I follow advice of you both, let me add to the information that just now I tried to empty the entire drive and format it but it's not possible. It's giving the message like a process is running so format is not allowed. mdRASHIDkhi (16580)
1366799 2014-02-03 20:23:00 Since its on Drive E, which usually means its a slave drive unless you have some sort of different drive letter setup, then the recycle bin is hidden on E.

If you wanted to format it from within windows, try running Rkill first, that may or may not stop it, then format, other wise boot from a CD that has drive partition software and format the drive it that way. (get the right drive, formatting the wrong drive can really ruin your day ) :)

Theres plenty of free ones about, personally I use www.disk-partition.com you can install it,and on the left is the option to make a bootable CD.

1366800 2014-02-04 21:12:00 Today I experienced a similar prob on a friend's PC and spent a frustrating
hour using all the means at my disposal to restore his system to normal.
Every time, after removing all that could be found relating to the rogue, it
would reinstall and cause the symptoms you have described. None of my
rootkill progs found the culprit which was consistently eating half of processor
usage and lots of ram - all was slow and irresponsive.
THEN I downloaded the Malwarebytes rootkill tool that Wanui mentioned and it
found the little hidden *******, got rid of it and restored the system to normal.

The software is Beta but it has done the job for me. get it here:
