They've been trying to force her to have a cognitive test for ages, and threatened to write the NZTransport to take her license if she didn't go . So she asked me to come . Nurse refused to allow me to sit in, saying "we don't do that here" and threatened to refuse my mum if I didn't stay out - in full view of their Patient Rights poster . needless to say my mum is about to change doctors . She doesn't have dementia BTW . . . . |

The practice manager wrote saying she "absolutely refutes all allegations" and they "did nothing wrong" and the situation remains. Never mind, my mum has signed up with a new GPs place. Nurse practitioner there is nicer. |
