1478518	2021-07-23 21:52:00	My mum got her letter, it was easy, go online, enter code, make bookings. Then I saw carers and ceratin health conditions are group 3. So my bother and I rang. The number I got off HB site was wrong. When the lady finally answered she snapped out, name ph number, DOB, NHI number. I told her I didn't have the NHI..gave her the rest. She then proceeded to explain in excruciating detail what an NHI number was. I said I knew what it was, just didn't know it. It;s on your prescriptions she says...er no, don't have any. Then she says OMG I'll have to go through all the (names) and cut me off. When she came back I said that was rude, I could have given you address etc to help. She snarls, oh we're so busy. SO I rang back again later, got a different lady. Name and DOB she says. No NHI I ask? Nope, she goes off and checks, 10 secs later, found you. What days/times would you like she says. She said yes they are busy but took a minute to ask me how it goes at the vax centre... So I'm booked, my brother is booked. My son has his too now...and a (younger) friend of mine...seems Waikato and Auckland are ahead of HB with the shots.	piroska (17583)
