You could request stories to be played.
You can still listen to them on RNZ national -Sunday mornings at 6am.
I bought the DVD The last Goon Show -not as effective as just listening. i also liked Life with Dexter, The Glums, Around The Horn etc. and various serials (Ricochet - I was so dumb i thought it was Rick O' Shea) -as Piroska said -always ended on a cliff hanger
