Many ladies don't even know they are pregnant at that stage. Myelomeningocele is the most serious type of spina bifida. Part of the spinal cord and nerves are in this sac and are damaged. Meningocele a sac of fluid comes through an opening in the baby’s back. But, the spinal cord is not in this sac. There is usually little or no nerve damage. Spina Bifida Occulta is the mildest type of spina bifida.With it, there is a small gap in the spine, but no opening or sac on the back. The spinal cord and the nerves usually are normal. Many times, spina bifida occulta is not discovered until late childhood or adulthood. This type of spina bifida usually does not cause any disabilities. My son discovered he had that 3rd type, but not until he was in his late 30's. He damaged his back at work, when they did a scan, they found out. He always complained of back pain before the accident....but who knew, I sure didn't. Never heard of it until I looked it up. Personally I hate packaged shop bread. I make mine now, but have bought decent bread form bakeries who do the real thing....you still have that choice, not all bought bread - even at supermarket - will have it in it.	piroska (17583)

Contains the entire grain of wheat, bran, pollard, wheatgerm, etc. Worked for a feedmill which was a former flour mill, livestock much better fed than us humans. The boss of the mill, both flour 1st and feed when flour ceased being milled, used to get the staff flour from the front of the milling process and boy you could tell the difference in baking. BH's Dad had a housekeeper for the family and she later worked for TVNZ cafe. She would come to stay with us and of course did the baking, she was flabbergasted at the size of the scones and cakes, until we told her where the flour came from.
