| 256500 | 2004-07-30 01:46:00 | Hi Lo, I have been using v7 for a while ,and have actually made 3 backup images to my external hd.Program verifies the images as ok.Takes about 1 hour for around 13G,which I think is too long.But....I haven't as yet had to reload any of these,yet!So that's probably not much help to you. And v8 is just out too. |

| 256502 | 2004-07-30 05:02:00 | No Lo,it's this pc.(That's with the compression set to recommended).Everywhere I've read about TI,people comment on how good it is,and fast.Of course I understand that Ghost is good too,just haven't figured out how to use it,but I'm lazy with the trickier bits! I originally had Goback Deluxe on this and loaded TI6 to try.Well it didn't like Goback so uninstalled that,that took an hour!!!So perhaps some remnant of that remains.But I've had trouble with this thing from the start,especially after the Geforce GTS card went in,courtesy of the (PC) Company.So I'm still limping along with this pc, till my work vehicle is paid off in Nov! I like it,so try it!No problem with uninstalling it if you don't. |
