That sounds like Win XP(Please correct my if I am wrong about your windows version) & that you have a limited user account Is there more then one user account on your computer? Are you the only one who users this computer? Or is it a family computer? >what is that Administrators account is some one who can install & make changes to your computer & it sounds like you don’t have that access. |
