Ram issues can manifest in many ways,what part of the country are you in?

honestly BSOD and lock ups can be caused by so many things it's
mind boggling and as you don't have another ram stick and
memtest86 came up clean, I would next test the HDD, just go to
the manufactures website and download there test software and do the
full test (bad sectors)
Next thing to check would be the video card, the card and the drivers.
If the BSOD error is different every time then it is probably a hardware
problem.

Looks very much like a video driver issue or RAM timing.
