| 257065 | 2004-08-01 02:25:00 | Recently it was necessary for me to re-install Windows ME. Using the system restore disks I was able to load all programes except this one. Using the System Restore...Back-up of applications disk, when I attempt to load "Phone Tools Ver 2.16a" I receive the following error message "Setup has caused an error in USER.EXE. Setup will now close." Restarting my computer does not correct the error. |

| 257070 | 2004-08-01 07:20:00 | This error can be caused by having a screen resolution selected, higher than the programme supports, try selecting 800 x 600 and see if it will install. Also disable your Antivirus before installing. Regards AC |
