| 257462 | 2004-08-02 04:43:00 | Hi ya am doing a trial of thunderbird for my mail client > grizzle moan at getting correct settings done..... been so long since i had to worry about pop and smtp stuff...... but what i want to know is when i used OE i have a signiture at bottom of every email i sent and it has more than one line in it (full address, names etc) in thunderbird i can only get it to hold one line, is there an extension to alter this and if so what are the details i need? and as i have not used this prog before all new teritory for me, any tips or help would be greatly accepted. if its good enough i want it to take over the work email. beetle |

| 257464 | 2004-08-04 09:47:00 | Thanxs for that, will have a look later, another question i have is, does thunderbird not put an icon on your desktop? or start menu? where does it put a default opening icon? it may be staring me straight in the eye, but i cannot see it. beetle |
