To remove the virus, please run AVG for Windows"

I run AVG (full scan) and it says no virus found! :S

Help please.

258162 2004-08-03 09:49:00 Try running AVG and scanning only that file. If you have the free version, right-click it and select scan. You may need to show all hidden files first. Bletch (244)
258163 2004-08-03 09:53:00 The message is telling you that a copy of the virus still remains in the System Restore points in Windows ME/Windows XP. AVG is not able to remove it from this location and you will need to disable System Restore and reboot your computer. After rebooting run AVG again then re-enable system restore. Susan B (19)
