| 257645 | 2004-08-03 11:06:00 | Ya gotta luv it: >>They were dipped into cola, put through a washing machine, dunked in coffee, trampled by a skateboard, run over by a child's toy car and given to a six-year-old boy to destroy. Perhaps surprisingly, all the cards survived these six tests. Most of them did fail to get through two additional tests - being smashed by a sledgehammer and being nailed to a tree. :^O ^:O My own story.... A few months ago as I was driving out of town I noticed in the rear view mirror a car's flashing headlights following close and the driver waving something out of the window. So I stopped. ;) Turns out the thing he was waving was my Canon Powershot digcam, that I had placed on top of the car while still in the garage....drove off forgetting the camera....the bloke followed me for over a kilometer....he saw it slide off the roof as I went around the first corner!!! Lucky it was in a 'Lowepro' padded case (type that fits on a belt).... it works fine with not even a scratch. :D :D |
