| 258304 | 2004-08-05 02:58:00 | All of a sudden I am unable to connect to weblinks in emails in Outlook 2002. The system tells me "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. PLease see your systems administrator." This does not affect weblinks received in emails opened in Outlook Express. I am using Win XP, Office XP and Outlook is my default email. Any suggestions in solving this would be greatly appreciated. I have already tried using system restore to an earlier date and this has had no effect. |

| 258306 | 2004-08-05 07:22:00 | Thanks so much Jen. I reset the web settings and that has solved my problem although it doesn't explain how it happened in the first place. It is always such a treat to have such prompt responses from people on this forum. |
