| 258547 | 2004-08-05 11:27:00 | Sorry its me again. :8} Re: this update of Firefox. For Windows it has 1. Windows Installer 4.7MB 2. Zipped Archive 6.0MB Do I download 1 or 2 or both? What is the difference, apart from being zipped? God I hate choices ! I read all the posts to learn as much as I can, but there is always something popping up that sends me sideways again. | 258549 | 2004-08-05 11:47:00 | Thanks for replying zquerty. They say on the site that you have to delete prior versions and save your bookmarks, then import them into the new build. Is this just them being cautious? Did your bookmarks, extensions automatically transfer to the new build when you installed it over the older version? Regards Marg. |

| 258550 | 2004-08-05 12:05:00 | Yes the 4.7Meg is the one. I just double-clicked and installed over top (just OK to everything). Bookmarks and extensions unchanged. In fact, you shouldn't notice any difference. After it is all over, just go menu...help-about ...and it should say version 0.9.3. |
