| 258885 | 2004-08-06 11:32:00 | Usually, I click 'Start' , then double-click to open 'Control Panel'; but on this machine (OS: XP Pro), (there is a ">" sign and when I point my mouse at it a 'fly-out opens with a lists of items in it), I got to right-click then select open to launch the Control Panel. Is there a way to correct it so that I can open the Control Panel the 'normal' way? Cheers |
