| 258849 | 2004-08-06 11:26:00 | Trying to reinstall the entire program from disk and it keeps giving me the same message "An installation support file could not be installed. Access denied." I'm the administrator what more access could I need. already removed the program,files and registry keys and still get the same message,anyone got any ideas ?:| |

| 258852 | 2004-08-08 03:30:00 | Is this the retail version, or a trial from a magazine disk or similar? Why are you reinstalling it? If you aren't clean installing you may have hit a file that it can't replace due to it already being in use by Windows for whatever reason. You could try installing it in Safe Mode. Mike. |
