JV16 showed only one bad link as well as the Incredimail Installer link - took them both out, rebooted, no change

258623 2004-08-05 23:08:00 Hmmmmm - what is the safest way of disabling the crapola - start up with manual selection or does have a little proggie to do that (Remeber now, I'm a WinME loser)

1. click on the startup tab and uncheck things

If so,have a look under the system start up,its under tools and only viewable in advanced mode.

If not,then go get it.

In most cases the database can tell you exactly what each entry is,i have enclosed a screenshot,its obvious how many things can be given the biff.

I've got Spybot 1.3 and the startup entries are all OK - I've deleted all the ones that could not be explained by the system (except for things like Zonealarm, Spybot, AVG). No change. I've tried to post the screenshot again, no luck. 149kb, no caps - same answer I got as in the other post.
