| 259332 | 2004-08-08 02:20:00 | A new cd burner has just been fitted (coincidence?), Word now fails to load after being opened a second time (all other "Office" apps and software run correctly) and locks the computer up. Have tried reinstalling office (twice) but same problem reoccurs. |
