| 259410 | 2004-08-25 03:16:00 | Just thought I'd let you all know that I got the modem working now. Funny thing is I didn't do anything. I just plugged it in to see that the VCI setting was set to 100 (which it was), then I thought, what the hell I'll see if I can logon to the net.... lo and behold she went like a bomb. It's working just fine now. Only problem with a situation like this is that I don't know what was wrong and I don't know how I fixed it. Although maybe it's cos I am using Jetstream surf and not Jetstart now.... I could be wrong though. cheers chiefnz |
