| 259214 | 2004-08-07 08:47:00 | Hey guys just a quick question. Is it safe to delete the "WUTemp" directory? Is this a storage area for all the Windows Update downloads ? Is it crucial to have or can I just get rid of it? cheers chiefnz |

| 259215 | 2004-08-07 09:53:00 | Its safe to delete, and yup, its where Windowsupdate downloads its files to. Once the updates have been installed, the files get deleted from this folder. It'll be recreated again, once you go back to Windowsupdate in the future. |
